INCIDENCIA DE LA INNOVACIÓN Y LA GESTIÓN TECNOLÓGICA EN LA COMPETITIVIDAD DE LAS EMPRESAS CONSTRUCTORAS
Por el enfriamiento que viene experimentando el sector de la construcción de viviendas en Lima Top y la importancia que tienen la innovación y la gestión tecnológica en la competitividad de las pymes, la presente investigación evalúa la incidencia de la innovación y la gestión tecnológica en la competitividad de las medianas empresas constructoras. En tal sentido, se plantearon las hipótesis que representan las relaciones entre las variables seleccionadas y, para el tratamiento estadístico de los resultados, se empleó la técnica de la Modelización de Ecuaciones Estructurales basada en Varianza. Los resultados validan parcialmente la hipótesis general, debido a que mientras la innovación muestra un impacto positivo y significativo en la competitividad de las empresas encuestadas, la gestión de la tecnología no muestra efectos positivos ni significativos en la competitividad. Sin embargo, la relación entre gestión de la tecnología y la innovación muestra efectos muy positivos y muy significativos.

Abstract:
Due to the cooling experienced by the housing sector in Lima Top and the importance of innovation and technological management in the competitiveness of SMEs, this research measures the incidence of innovation and technological management in the competitiveness of medium-sized construction companies. In this regard, the hypotheses that represent the relationships among the selected variables were established and, for the statistical treatment of data, the technique of Structural Equation Modeling based on Variance was used. The results partially validate the general hypothesis, because while the innovation shows a positive and significant impact on the competitiveness of the companies surveyed, the management of the technology does not show positive or significant effects on competitiveness. However, the relationship between technology management and innovation shows very positive and very significant effects.
