INCIDÊNCIA DE HIV/AIDS EM POPULAÇÃO IDOSA NO ESTADO DO PARÁ
O estado do Pará é o terceiro, com maior índice de infecção por HIV/AIDS, (Vírus da Imunodeficiência Humana/Síndrome da Imunodeficiência adquirida). O número de casos entre pessoas acima de 50 anos dobrou na última década. A falta de políticas públicas, o tabu relacionado a sexualidade dos idosos, além do comércio de medicamentos para disfunção erétil são os principais fatores que se articulam para gerar o alarmante dado.
Objetivo: Analisar e descrever a incidência de HIV/AIDS em população Idosa no estado do Pará. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo Revisão de Literatura, realizado através de publicações disponíveis em bases de dados LILACS e BDENF, e nas Bibliotecas virtuais SCIELO e BVS. Usando como critério de inclusão, artigos na língua-portuguesa e espanhola, datados entre 2015 e 2019, e que se referiam sobre o tema. Resultados: A alta incidência de infecção por HIV/AIDS em idosos, segundo a Secretária de saúde do estado do Pará (SESPA), está correlacionada com a dificuldade no nível de informação, hábitos e conhecimento sociocultural nessa faixa etária. Culminando na dificuldade de um diagnóstico precoce e tratamento adequado antes da instalação da AIDS propriamente dita, contribuindo para o avanço e agravo da doença. Conclusão: A enfermagem possui, portanto, como ferramenta de suma importância a educação em saúde, através de fundamentos específicos com ações educativas dirigidas a população específica, no intuito de interferir em hábitos de vida. Podendo intervir diretamente no conhecimento das pessoas, agregando-as conhecimento e discernimento para reflexão de suas próprias vidas.

Abstract:
The state of Para is the third, with the highest rate of HIV/AIDS infection, (Human Immunodeficiency Virus/ Acquired Immunodeficiency Sindrome. The number of cases among people over 50 has doubled in the past decade. The lack of public policies, the taboo related to the sexuality of the elderly, in addition tothe sale of drugs for erectile dysfunction are main factors that articulate to generate the alarming data. Objective: To analyze and to describe the incidence of HIV/AIDS in an elderly population the state of para. METHODOLY: This is a descriptive study os the type Literature Review, conducted through publications available in LILACS and BDENF databases, and in Libraries Virtual SCIELO and BVS. Using as inclusion criteria, articles in the portuguese and spanish language, dated between 2015 and 2019, and wich referred to the theme. RESULTS: The high incidence of HIV/AIDS infection in the elderly, according to the Secretary of health of the state of para (SESPA), is correlated with the difficulty in the level of information, habits and sociocultural knowledge in this age group. Culminating in the difficulty of an early diagnosis and proper treatment before the progress and worsening of the disease. nursing therefore has health education as an extremely important tool, through specific foundations with educational actions aimed at a specific populations, with no intention of interfering in life habits. Being able to directly intervene in people's knowledge, adding knowledge and insight to reflect on their own lives.
