IMPLICAÇÕES DA VACINAÇÃO CONTRA A COVID-19 EM GESTANTES E PUÉRPERAS EM CONTEXTO PANDÊMICO: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
O atual cenário de crise sanitária e humanitária de repercussão mundial ocasionada pelo novo coronavírus tem gerado uma exaustiva corrida científica e governamental em prol da produção de vacinas, a fim de imunizar em massa a população, sobretudo, os indivíduos pertencentes aos grupos prioritários. Embora gestantes e puérperas estejam incluídos neste grupo, os meios de comunicação reverberam e enfatizam a todo instante que estudos acerca da vacinação de mulheres nessas condições ainda não foram conclusivos, em função de elas terem sido excluídas de todas as pesquisas, até então publicadas, que envolviam vacinas contra a COVID-19. Esse fato repercute na pulverização de dúvidas na atmosfera social acerca da eficácia e segurança da vacinação nesse grupo. Este estudo visa identificar e analisar as implicações da vacinação contra a COVID-19 em gestantes e puérperas na contemporaneidade. O presente estudo alicerçou-se na pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica na literatura pertinente aos objetivos. Para a realização desse trabalho foram consultados e rastreados 50 artigos científicos e periódicos, delimitados entre o período de janeiro de 2020 a julho de 2021. Este rastreio foi executado nas bases de dados: Google Acadêmico, Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), National Library of Medicine (PubMed), Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde (BVS), Observatório Obstétrico Brasileiro COVID-19 (OOBr Covid-19). Apesar de os estudos ainda serem inconclusivos e haver um ínfimo quantitativo de pesquisas sobre a temática no campo científico, foi observado que majoritariamente os artigos pré-selecionados defendem de forma enfática a vacinação de mulheres grávidas e puérperas contra o vírus Sars-Cov-2 devido à vulnerabilidade desses indivíduos no que se refere ao contexto pandêmico.

Abstract:
The current scenery of sanitary and humanitarian crisis with worldwide repercussion caused by the new coronavirus has generated an exhausting scientific and governmental race in favor of the production of vaccines, in order to immunize the population in masse, especially individuals belonging to priority groups. Although pregnant and postpartum women are included in this group, the media reverberate and emphasize at all times that studies on the vaccination of women in these conditions have not yet been conclusive, as they have been excluded from all research, which has been published so far, that involved vaccines against COVID-19. This fact affects the spreading of doubts in the social atmosphere about the efficacy and safety of vaccination in this group. This study aims to identify and analyze the implications of vaccination against COVID-19 in pregnant and postpartum women today. The present study was based on the literature review research in the literature relevant to the objectives. To carry out this work, 50 scientific articles and periodicals were consulted and screened, delimited between the period of January 2020 and July 2021. This search was performed in the following databases: Academic Google, Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), National Library of Medicine (PubMed), Virtual Health Library (BVS) and the Brazilian Obstetric Observatory COVID-19 (OOBr Covid-19). Although the studies are still inconclusive and there is a negligible amount of research on the subject in the scientific field, it was observed that most of the pre-selected articles emphatically defend the vaccination of pregnant and postpartum women against the Sars-Cov-2 virus due to the vulnerability of these individuals with regard to the pandemic context.
