IMPLICAÇÕES DA HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL SISTÊMICA ASSOCIADA AO COMPROMETIMENTO RENAL: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar as implicações da Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica associada ao comprometimento renal, através de uma revisão integrativa de literatura. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo/ exploratório, documental, do tipo revisão sistemática. A mesma foi organizada seguindo a recomendação Prisma (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses. A busca pelos artigos foi realizada nas seguintes bases de dados SCIELO, LILACS E BDENF. Os descritores foram utilizados seguindo o DECS: Hipertensão OR Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica AND Função renal OR Doença Renal Crônica. Após leitura e aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionados 08 artigos, sendo cinco da SCIELO, dois da BDENF e um da LILACS. Quanto ao ano, todos os artigos foram publicados entre o período de 2015 a 2020, no idioma português. Através do presente estudo, foi possível evidenciar que existe uma grande necessidade de se implementar novos métodos, bem como estratégias que visem a adoção de medidas preventivas para a Doença Renal Crônica e para a Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to analyze the implications of Systemic Arterial Hypertension associated with renal impairment, through an integrative literature review. This is a descriptive / exploratory, documentary, systematic review type study. It was organized according to the recommendation Prisma (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes). Search for the articles was carried out in the following databases SCIELO, LILACS AND BDENF. The descriptors were used following the DECS: Hypertension OR Systemic Arterial Hypertension AND Renal function OR Chronic Kidney Disease After reading and applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 08 articles were selected, five from SCIELO, two from BDENF and one from LILACS. As for the year, all articles were published from 2015 to 2020 in Portuguese. Through this study, it was possible to show that there is a great need to implement new methods, as well as strategies aimed at adopting preventive measures for Chronic Kidney Disease and Systemic Arterial Hypertension.
