Abstract: Currently, industrial consulting and Continuous Improvement are being used among companies that want to improve their production levels, thus managing to satisfy the needs of their clients, which translates into economic gains for them, in addition to achieving recognition and recommendation. of those who receive the benefits of well-executed operations. Some companies have sufficient resources and infrastructure to carry out the continuous improvement they require, since they have trained personnel for this purpose. However, on other occasions, companies do not have the personnel or experience necessary to carry out this work. It is in these cases when the intervention of outsiders who have the experience and knowledge required to carry out continuous improvement projects is necessary, who are generally called consultants or coaches, because they are external people who provide their services to the companies. companies that require it. This research will describe the consulting work carried out for a company in the food industry that requires the implementation of improvements to optimize the quality of its products and services.
