IMPLEMENTACION DE INDICADORES PARA EL ESTUDIO DEL SISTEMA DE GESTION DE RESIDUOS SOLIDOS DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE ILO
Tomando como referencia los indicadores para el gerenciamiento del servicio de limpieza pública, se pretende establecer una comparación de indicadores que se tienen para la gestión de residuos sólidos en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ilo, con los promedios establecidos para América Latina y El Caribe. En tal sentido, la metodología propuesta, está planteada con la finalidad de determinar el nivel de gerenciamiento de residuos sólidos, a partir del estudio de la estructura de actividades y operaciones, inmersos en el sistema de gestión. Para lo cual se estableció la similitud y diferencia de valores de cada indicador, entre la media establecida para América Latina y el Caribe, y el gerenciamiento de la gestión de residuos sólidos en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ilo. Logrando establecer que, el sistema de gestión de residuos sólidos de la Municipalidad Provincial de Ilo, se encuentra por debajo de los promedios establecidos para América Latina y El Caribe, a excepción de los indicadores del barrido de calles.

Abstract:
Taking as a reference the indicators for the management of the public cleaning service, it is intended to establish a comparison of indicators that exist for the management of solid waste in the Provincial Municipality of Ilo, with the averages established for Latin America and the Caribbean. In this sense, the proposed methodology is proposed with the purpose of determining the level of solid waste management, based on the study of the structure of activities and operations, immersed in the management system. For which the similarity and difference of values of each indicator were established, between the average established for Latin America and the Caribbean, and the management of solid waste management in the Provincial Municipality of Ilo. Managing to establish that the solid waste management system of the Provincial Municipality of Ilo is below the averages established for Latin America and the Caribbean, with the exception of the street sweeping indicators.
