IMPLANTAÇÃO E MONITORAMENTO DA SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE
INTRODUÇÃO: As transformações nos perfis demográfico e epidemiológico, a evolução tecnológica e os avanços da ciência tornam necessário que os profissionais da enfermagem exerçam suas atividades com conhecimento, humanização e resolutividade. Nesse sentido, a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) representa a ferramenta que possibilita tal exercício. OBJETIVO: Descrever a implantação e o monitoramento da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem na atenção primária à saúde de Ribeirão Preto – SP. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, exploratório, do tipo relato de experiência, com o desenvolvimento de instrumentos norteadores para coleta de dados por grupos de diferentes áreas do conhecimento da rede pública municipal, contendo os principais diagnósticos e intervenções de enfermagem, referencial teórico de Wanda Horta para a padronização da linguagem de enfermagem e as taxonomias, que passaram por testes pilotos em unidades de saúde selecionadas e posteriores adequações que se fizessem necessárias, com o desenvolvimento de uma ficha de atendimento informatizada para o registro de todas as etapas do Processo de Enfermagem (PE). RESULTADOS: Em novembro de 2016 os grupos apresentaram os resultados em uma oficina preparatória, durante todo ano de 2017 ocorreram as capacitações teórico–práticas em laboratórios de simulação realística das universidades, em junho de 2018 a ficha de atendimento para registro do PE no sistema informatizado foi implementada e em 2019 foi elaborado o Manual da SAE. CONCLUSÃO: A reorganização da SAE permitiu atualizar e padronizar a assistência de enfermagem da rede, consistindo em um trabalho inovador, legal e essencial para o reconhecimento do profissional de enfermagem, com práticas que privilegiam os princípios do SUS. IMPLICAÇÕES/CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA A ENFERMAGEM: A reorganização da SAE permitiu a formalização de uma assistência individualizada e qualificada, orientação e documentação da prática e do cuidado e respaldo legal da profissão.

Abstract:
BACKGROUND: Changes in demographic and epidemiological profiles, the technological development and scientific advances become necessary for nursing professionals to practice their activities with knowledge, humanization and resolutiveness. According to this, the Systematization of Nursing Assistance represents the tool that enables such this practice. PURPOUSE: This manuscript aimed to describe the implementation and monitoring of the systematization of nursing assistance in primary care in the city of Ribeirão Preto, Sao Paulo. METHOD: A descriptive, exploratory, experience report study was used with the development of instruments for data collection by groups from different areas of knowledge in public health care, with the main nursing diagnoses and interventions and Wanda Horta's referential theoretical for the standardization of nursing language and taxonomies. Later, a pilot test was executed in selected health care units with the adjustments that would be necessary and then it was performed a digital attendance form to register all the stages of the Nursing Process. RESULTS: In November 2016, the groups presented the results in a preparatory workshop, throughout 2017 the theoretical-practical training took place in realistic simulation laboratories at the universities, in June 2018 the digital attendance form for registration was implemented in the digital system and in 2019 the Systematization of Nursing Assistance Manual was built. CONCLUSION: The reorganization of the Systematization of Nursing Assistance of Ribeirão Preto public health care allowed to update and standardize the nursing care, what presented an innovative, legal and essential work that contributes to the achnowledgement of the nursing professional and even with practices that privilege the principles of brazilian Health System. IMPLICATIONS/ CONTRIBUTIONS TO NURSING: The reorganization of the Systematization of Nursing Assistance allowed the formalization of an individualized and qualified assistance, guidance and documentation of the practice and care, also legal support for the profession.
