IMPLANTAÇÃO DO SERVIÇO DE GESTÃO DA SEGURANÇA E SAÚDE OCUPACIONAL TERCEIRIZADA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A função principal do serviço de saúde ocupacional é cooperar com a gerência e com os trabalhadores, atuando na prevenção e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da segurança e das condições de trabalho. Algumas empresas contam com profissionais de medicina e enfermagem do trabalho, ligados aos Serviços Especializados em Engenharia de Segurança e em Medicina do Trabalho (SESMT), que gerenciam o serviço de saúde, ambulatórios e instalações de reabilitação. Nas pequenas empresas esses serviços são terceirizados, sejam de forma integral ou parcial. O objetivo deste estudo é relatar a experiência de implantação do serviço de gestão da segurança e saúde ocupacional em uma pequena empresa para fins de terceirização. A gestão de saúde ocupacional equaliza os conceitos trazidos no Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais e no Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional, entretanto os desintegra de maneira cíclica, exigindo organização e acompanhamento frequente para que seja executado com excelência. Estas informações precisam ser geridas por um profissional que consiga ter uma visão holística do processo, onde o enfermeiro do trabalho é perfeitamente capacitado para tal, pois traz em sua formação o conceito da integralidade. A implantação dividiu-se em quatro etapas. Participou desta pesquisa uma empresa de prestação de serviços que não possui SESMT, portanto precisava terceirizá-lo. A experiência trouxe a possibilidade de explorar a implantação de um serviço de gestão de segurança e saúde ocupacional aplicável, com foco na saúde do trabalhador e desenvolvimento empresarial.

Abstract:
The main function of the occupational health service is to cooperate with management and workers, acting on prevention and contributing to the continuous improvement of safety and working conditions. Some companies have occupational medicine and nursing professionals, linked to the Specialized Services in Safety Engineering and Occupational Medicine - SSSEOM, who manage the health service, ambulatory clinics and rehabilitation facilities. In small companies, these services are outsourced, either in whole or in part. The objective of this study is to report the experience of implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management Service in a small company, for outsourcing purposes. Occupational Health management equalizes the concepts brought up in the Environmental Risk Prevention Program and the Occupational Health Medical Control Program, however it disintegrates them in a cyclical manner, requiring organization and frequent monitoring, so that it can be executed with excellence. This information needs to be managed by a professional who is able to have a holistic view of the process, where the work nurse is perfectly trained to do so, as it brings in its formation the concept of integrality. The implementation was divided into four stages. A service provider company that does not have SSSEOM participated in this research, so it needed to be outsourced. The experience brought the possibility of exploring the implementation of an applicable occupational health and safety management service, with a focus on worker health and business development.
