IMPLANTAÇÃO DE PLANO DE MANUTENÇÃO PRODUTIVA TOTAL EM EQUIPAMENTOS DE PANIFICAÇÃO EM UMA MICRO EMPRESA
: A manutenção produtiva total (total productive maintenance) é um modelo de gestão que procura máxima eficiência do processo produtivo, por meio da contenção de perdas e da otimização dos operários e sua relação com o que buscam o controle completo dos equipamento. O foco de estudo diz respeito a problemas relacionados a falhas nos equipamentos de panificação, referindo-se ao forno, masseira, modeladora, e divisora, dado à ausência de programações de manutenções. Foi realizada visita in loco para análises do ambiente físico e nos equipamentos citados, para posterior descrição e análise das características. A Manutenção Produtiva Total (TPM) além de auxiliar na eficiência, ajuda a manter e elevar a disponibilidade dos maquinários e equipamentos. Quando o plano de manutenção é cumprido, reduz as ordens de serviços de manutenções. Mediante a isto, constata-se que a metodologia TPM (manutenção produtiva total) busca de fato melhorar o índice de utilização das máquinas, logo, implantar um plano de manutenção produtiva total (TPM) em equipamentos de panificação na micro empresa em estudo, auxiliou na obtenção do controle dos custos dado as manutenções programadas que prolongam o ciclo de vida dos equipamentos de panificação, bem como a interação dos funcionários da área, possibilitando uma boa produtividade. Outras mudanças foram a reestruturação de layout, que contribuiu com uma melhor interação entre as máquinas e circulação de operários, otimizando os processos e mantendo o ambiente em sintonia.

Abstract:
Total productive maintenance is a management model that seeks maximum efficiency of the productive process, through the containment of losses and the optimization of the workers and their relationship with the equipment, suggesting a maintenance performed by everyone involved in the process, adequately trained for the operation through small groups tasks and that seek the complete control of the equipment. The focus of the study concerns problems related to failures in bakery equipment, referring to the oven, masseira, modeladora, and divisora, given the absence of maintenance schedules. An on-site visit was made to analyze the physical environment and the mentioned equipment, for later description and analysis of the characteristics. The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), besides assisting in efficiency, helps maintain and increase the availability of machinery and equipment. When the maintenance plan is followed, maintenance work orders are reduced. Therefore, the implementation of a total productive maintenance plan (TPM) in bakery equipment in the micro company under study, helped in obtaining control of costs given the scheduled maintenances that prolong the life cycle of the bakery equipment, as well as the interaction of the employees of the area, making possible a good productivity. Other changes were the layout restructuring, which contributed with a better interaction between the machines and circulation of workers, optimizing the processes and keeping the environment in tune.
