IMPLANTAÇÃO DA EMPRESA JÚNIOR DO CURSO BACHARELADO EM AGROINDÚSTRIA
A educação empreendedora dentro das Universidades tornou-se uma ferramenta de aprimoramento do conhecimento. Possibilitando aos graduandos um aprendizado prático. Nesse contexto as empresas juniores fomentam o empreendedorismo nas universidades, ampliando o conhecimento, uma vez que promovem a atuação profissional ainda graduação. Dessa maneira objetivou-se relatar a vivência da fundação da Empresa júnior do curso de Bacharelado em Agroindústria. Para tal realizou-se reuniões para definir o nome da organização, distribuição de cargos, elaboração de estatuto social, regimento interno e projeto. Administração, Empreendedorismo e Inovação 4 Capítulo 16 208 Após realizou-se os registros da documentação e iniciou-se o processo de abertura.

Abstract:
Entrepreneurial education within universities has become a knowledge enhancement tool. Enabling undergraduates a practical learning. In this context junior companies foster entrepreneurship in universities, expanding knowledge, as they promote professional performance even undergraduate. Thus, the objective was to report the experience of the founding of the Junior Company of the Bachelor Degree in Agroindustry. To this end, meetings were held to define the name of the organization, distribution of positions, preparation of bylaws, bylaws and project. After the documentation records were made and the opening process began.
