IMPACTO DA LIDERANÇA E HUMANIZAÇÃO NA PRÁTICA DE ENFERMAGEM HOSPITALAR BRASILEIRA
Objetivo: avaliar os impactos da liderança e da humanização na prática de enfermagem hospitalar brasileira. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica realizada de agosto a setembro de 2021 na Scientific Eletronic Library Online, Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe em Ciências Sociais e da Saúde, Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informações em Ciências da Saúde e Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia. Para a busca, utilizaram-se as seguintes palavras-chave: liderança AND enfermagem AND humanização. Além disso, foram consultados livros e documentos legais. Incluíram artigos publicados no período de 2000 a 2021, em língua portuguesa (Brasil), disponíveis online e na íntegra. Excluíram-se aqueles sem relação direta com o tema. Resultados: a liderança por parte da enfermagem, pode viabilizar estratégias que facilitem o exercício no ambiente hospitalar, oportunizando maior eficiência e eficácia no atendimento ao paciente com princípios da humanização. Identificou-se que a eficácia no âmbito da liderança da enfermagem nos hospitais e nos atendimentos em unidades de saúde, tem como premissas a formação acadêmica do enfermeiro, pois a prática da administração da enfermagem, requer fundamentos científicos abalizados e com evidências de credibilidade nas teorias administrativas. Conclusão: percebe-se que a humanização hospitalar aliada à liderança dos enfermeiros, pode impactar no resultado final do trabalho da equipe de enfermagem, na medida em que os valores pautados por princípios que enfatizem a humanização em saúde, estejam aliadas as teorias da administração, propiciando uma gestão de liderança que corrobore no atendimento ao paciente, solucionando as demandas que envolvem problemas de saúde de média e alta complexidade no contexto da saúde pública.

Abstract:
Objective: to evaluate the impacts of leadership and humanization on Brazilian hospital nursing practice. Method: This is a bibliographic review conducted from August to September 2021 at the Scientific Electronic Library Online, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Social and Health Sciences, Latin American and Caribbean Center for Information on Health Sciences and Electronic Journals in Psychology. For the search, the following keywords were used: leadership AND nursing AND humanization. In addition, books and legal documents were consulted. They included articles published from 2000 to 2021, in Portuguese (Brazil), available online and in full. Those without direct relation to the theme were excluded. Results: leadership by nursing can enable strategies that facilitate exercise in the hospital environment, enabling greater efficiency and effectiveness in patient care with humanization principles. It was identified that the efficacy in the scope of nursing leadership in hospitals and in care in health units, has as premises the academic education of nurses, because the practice of nursing administration, requires applied scientific foundations and with evidence of credibility in administrative theories. Conclusion: we perceived that hospital humanization combined with the leadership of nurses can impact on the final result of the nursing team's work, to the extent that the values based on principles that emphasize humanization in health, are allied to the theories of the administration, providing a leadership management that corroborates the patient care, solving the demands that involve health problems of medium and high complexity in the context of public health.
