IMPACTO DA ESTOMIA INTESTINAL PARA A SEXUALIDADE DA PESSOA ESTOMIZADA: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DE LITERATURA
Objetivos: Identificar a produção científica sobre as repercussões da estomia intestinal para a sexualidade da pessoa estomizada e analisar as repercussões da estomia intestinal na dimensão subjetiva da pessoa estomizada. Método: revisão integrativa da literatura, cuja questão de pesquisa foi: Quais as evidências científicas nacionais e internacionais disponibilizadas entre 1990 e 2014 acerca da sexualidade da pessoa estomizada?. As bases de dados utilizadas foram LILACS, BDENF, SCIELO. Resultados: Foram encontrados 76 artigos que, ao serem submetidos aos critérios de inclusão e de exclusão estabelecidos, tornaram-se apenas seis produções. Discussão: Os clientes estomizados vivenciam um universo de sentimentos: medo, vergonha, limitações físicas, baixo autoestima, baixo autoimagem com repercussões negativas a sexualidade. Conclusão: Conclui-se que o corpo de evidências disponíveis sobre as repercussões da estomia intestinal para a sexualidade da pessoa estomizada, traz impactos na dimensão subjetiva do paciente. Ainda observa-se escassez de produções científicas nacionais e internacionais sobre o tema.

Abstract:
Objectives: Identify the scientific literature on the effects of intestinal Ostomy to the sexuality of the person estomizada and analyze the effects of intestinal Ostomy in subjective dimension of the person estomizada. Method: integrative review of literature, whose research question was: what are the national and international scientific evidence made available between 1990 and 2014 on the sexuality of the person estomizada?. The databases used were BDENF, LILACS, SCIELO. Results: 76 articles were found that, when subjected to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established, became only six productions. Discussion: estomizadas clients experience a universe of feelings: fear, shame, physical limitations, low self-esteem, low self image with negative impact sexuality. Conclusion: it is concluded that the body of available evidence on the effects of intestinal Ostomy to the sexuality of the person estomizada, bring impact on subjective dimension of the patient. Yet there is a shortage of scientific national and international productions.
