IMIGRANTES, SAÚDE E DIREITOS: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
O presente estudo visa rastrear por meio da literatura o atual cenário que envolve a saúde, a imigração e a questão dos direitos humanos, por meio da revisão bibliográfica, nas plataformas SciELO, LILACS, Repositório da Produção USP, Google acadêmico. Utilizou-se para a análise de dados a identificação por título e tipo de estudo representando a população alvo e o desfecho de estudo, o trabalho foi composto por 28 trabalhos fichados e discutidos para entender a relação entre profissionais de saúde, em especial os agentes comunitários (ACs) e imigrantes, diante dos fluxos migratórios atuais. Foram encontradas limitações nos atendimentos realizados pelos profissionais de saúde, bem como, desigualdade e maior fragilidade na condição de saúde dos imigrantes em comparação aos brasileiros. Por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica foi apontado que existe deficiência na assistência aos imigrantes e uma dificuldade em garantir os direitos de acesso à saúde, bem como a falta de atenção dos profissionais às questões interculturais e idiomáticas no atendimento aos imigrantes. Dessa forma, nota-se a necessidade de instrumentalização e aplicação de políticas públicas direcionadas ao tema abordado, para o acolhimento humanizado a essa população nos atendimentos e da garantia de seus direitos.

Abstract:
The present study aims to trace through the literature the current scenario that involves health, immigration and the issue of human rights, through the bibliographic review, on the platforms SciELO, LILACS, Repository of USP Production, Google academic. For data analysis, identification by title and type of study was used, representing the target population and the study outcome, the work was composed of 27 papers recorded and discussed to understand the relationship between health professionals, especially community agents (ACs) and immigrants, given the current migratory flows. Limitations were found in the care provided by health professionals, as well as inequality and greater fragility in the health condition of immigrants compared to Brazilians. Through the bibliographic research, it was pointed out that there is a deficiency in the assistance to immigrants and a difficulty in guaranteeing the rights of access to health, as well as the lack of attention of professionals to intercultural and idiomatic issues in the care of immigrants. Thus, there is a need for instrumentalization and application of public policies directed to the topic addressed, for the humanized reception of this population in the care and guarantee of their rights.
