IFINTEGRA - INTEGRADOR DA PLATAFORMA DE REGISTRO DE PROJETOS COM A BIBLIOTECA DIGITAL DE ARTIGOS DE UM CAMPUS DO IFSUL
Automatizar e por consequência, trocar tarefas manuais por um software é imprescindível na sociedade atual. Diversas atividades que são executadas no dia a dia podem ser automatizadas a fim de reduzir esforço, tempo e falhas humanas por exaustão do trabalho repetitivo. Identificar e corrigir estas falhas são funções que um sistema automatizado realiza com intuito de maximizar os resultados. Sabe-se que desde o período da Revolução Industrial (séculos XVIII e XIX), o trabalho manual vem sendo substituído por máquinas e programas automatizados, a fim de agilizar e melhorar os processos, principalmente pelo uso de novas tecnologias. Neste contexto, o IFIntegra tem por objetivo integrar a Biblioteca Digital de Artigos (IFPublica) e a Plataforma de Digital de Inscrição e Administração de Projetos (PDIAP), por meio de adaptações nos dois projetos, para impedir erros humanos e automatizar o processo de cadastro de artigos do PDIAP na base de dados do IFPublica. Com o desenvolvimento do presente software através de um web service em PHP e um cliente JavaScript se tornou possível a automação da tarefa com a qualidade e eficiência esperada.

Abstract:
Automating and consequently exchanging manual tasks for software is indispensable in today's society. Several activities that are performed on a daily basis can be automated in order to reduce effort, time, and human failures by exhaustion of repetitive work. Identifying and correcting these failures are functions that an automated system performs in order to maximize results. It is known that since the Industrial Revolution period (18th and 19th centuries), manual work has been replaced by machines and automated programs, in order to speed up and improve processes, mainly through the use of new technologies. In this context, IFIntegra aims to integrate the Digital Article Library (IFPublica) and the Digital Projects Registration and Administration Platform (PDIAP), through adaptations in both projects, to prevent human errors and automate the process of registration of PDIAP articles in the IFPublica database. With the development of the present software through a PHP web service and a JavaScript client it became possible to automate the task with the expected quality and efficiency.
