Abstract: A refugee can be defined as anyone who moves out of its homeland and goes to another city or country due to possible religious, ethnic, racial persecution or even by political opinion, nationality and/or social group. Then, this work present the result of a qualitative study that aimed the obatinement of undergraduate degree in Psychology and to elucidate the professional performance of this category, along to the Social Service, in the Basic Protection of Social Assistance concening the demand of Venezuelan refugees who have established domiciled in the city of Natal/RN during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, in light of the political-economic crisis in their origin country.
