HISTOLOGIA EM FORMATO DE QUIZ ON-LINE, UMA ABORDAGEM PARA AUXILIAR O ESTUDO PRÀTICO DA DISCIPLINA
O presente trabalho teve como objetivo elaborar um Questionário Histológico on-line, para a orientação do estudo prático extraclasse dos estudantes da PUC Minas, por meio da plataforma Google Forms, que se encontra no contexto das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC). A percepção dos alunos do curso de Ciências Biológicas Licenciatura e Bacharelado-Gestão Ambiental e Medicina Veterinária, foi coletada previamente, por meio de uma pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa, na qual foram totalizados 71 questionários respondidos. Com isso, foi possível documentar a existência de dificuldades com o estudo prático da disciplina, pois 55% dos discentes manifestaram dificuldades com a disciplina quando a cursaram, 64% consideravam ter dificuldade em entender as lâminas histológicas, 66% frequentavam a monitoria e 70% dos alunos apontaram que tiveram mais dificuldade na prática. Para a criação do Questionário Histológico on-line, as lâminas referentes ao conteúdo de Tecido Epitelial de Revestimento foram fotografadas por meio de uma câmera acoplada ao microscópio óptico do Laboratório de Morfologia Animal I da PUC Minas, em Betim. Posteriormente, as fotos somadas a um conjunto de nove questões referente ao conteúdo prático da disciplina foram inseridas na plataforma. O modelo elaborado pode reduzir as dificuldades de localizar e identificar estruturas, além de facilitar a compreensão e classificação dos tecidos biológicos, auxiliando o estudo autônomo dos discentes. Os docentes possuem acesso às respostas dos alunos, podendo repensar sua prática docente, assumindo uma postura reflexiva e, com isso, contribuindo de maneira mais efetiva para a formação dos seus alunos.

Abstract:
The purpose of the present paper was to elaborate an online Histological Questionnaire to be used as orientation for extra class practical study of PUC Minas students, through the Google Forms platform, that is inserted in the context of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Environmental and Resource Management, Biology and Veterinary Medicine students' perception was previously collected through a quantitative and qualitative research, in which 71 questionnaires were answered. In consideration of the foregoing, it was possible to report the existence of problems with the practical study of the course, since 55% of the students showed difficulties with the course when they studied it, 64% considered hard to understand the histological slides, 66% attended monitoring and 70% of the students pointed out that they had more difficulty in practice. To create the online Histological Questionnaire, the slides referring to the contents of Epithelial Lining Tissue were photographed through a camera connected to the optical microscope of the Laboratory of Animal Morphology I from PUC Minas in Betim. Afterwards, the photos, added to a set of nine questions regarding the practical content of the course, were inserted in the platform. The elaborated model can reduce the difficulties in locating and identifying structures, and facilitate the understanding and classification of biological tissues, helping students' self-study. Teachers have access to the students' answers, being able to rethink their teaching practice, assuming a reflective posture and, thereby contributing more effectively to their students' formation.
