HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL NA GESTAÇÃO: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
No Brasil, 25% da população sofre de pressão arterial, e estima-se que a incidência da doença aumente até 2025 60%, a taxa de prevalência é de 40%. A HAS não é apenas uma das principais causas da HAS As mortes causadas por doenças do aparelho circulatório trouxeram um fardo pesado para a sociedade e a economia, vida produtiva interrompida por invalidez temporária ou permanente. Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar causas da hipertensão na gestação e demostrar o aumento da porcentagem em pacientes pós-parto em relação ao aumento da PA, causando por pré eclâmpsia ou eclâmpsia. Metodologia: O estudo foi produzido por meio de buscas online nas bases de dados Literatura – Americano e do caribe em ciências da saúde (LILACAS), Medline, Scientific eletronic Librany Online (Scielo) e CAPES, no período de junho de 2020 a abril de 2021 em que foram utilizados os descritores em ciências da saúde (DeCS) hipertensão arterial sistêmica, eclampsia e gestantes e seus correspondentes em inglês. Resultados: Durante a busca, foram encontrados 40 artigos; sendo selecionados 10 artigos e ao aplicar os critérios de inclusão e exclusão restaram 9 artigos para realização do trabalho. Os resultados entre os estudos mostram o grande índice de morte em mulher no parto ou pós parto por hipertensão arterial. Conclusão: O tema é relevante para que profissionais da área da saúde e a população em geral saibam sobre esse agravo, que é muito comum entre as mulheres gestantes. Situação esta que torna um problema de saúde pública. Os resultados apontam vários fatores que estão relacionados com o grupo de gestantes com síndrome hipertensiva gestacional como o fator da idade da mulher, vulnerabilidade social, sobrepeso, obesidade, entre outros agravos.

Abstract:
In Brazil, 25% of the population suffers from blood pressure this disease, and it is estimated that the incidence of the disease increases by 2025 60%, the prevalence rate is 40%. SAH is not just one of the main causes of SAH Deaths caused by diseases of the circulatory system have placed a heavy burden on society and the economy, productive life interrupted by temporary or permanent disability. Objective: The objective of this study is to demonstrate the increase in the percentage in patients as I deliver in relation to the increase in BP, causing pre-eclampsia or eclampsia. Methodology: The study was produced through online searches in the databases Literature – American and Caribbean in health sciences (LILACAS), Medline, Scientific eletronic Librany Online (Scielo) and CAPES, from June 2020 to April 2021 in which the descriptors in health sciences (DeCS) systemic arterial hypertension, eclampsia and pregnant women and their correspondents in English were used. Results: During the search, 40 articles were found; 10 articles were selected and when applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 9 articles remained to carry out the work. The results between the studies show the high rate of death in women in childbirth or postpartum due to arterial hypertension. Conclusion: The theme is relevant for health professionals and the population in general to know about this problem, which is very common among pregnant women. This situation makes it a public health problem. The results indicate several factors that are related to the group of pregnant women with gestational hypertensive.
