HIERARQUIA DA PARENTALIDADE E POSSÍVEIS IMPACTOS NO DESENVOLVIMENTO PSÍQUICO
Objetivou-se através do presente artigo trazer uma reflexão sobre a realidade familiar a partir de um olhar sistêmico e comunicativo, observando a convivência dos membros da família, considerando que há interação de um membro com todos os outros. A perspectiva sistêmica e comunicacional procura entender as interações que ocorrem dentro do sistema familiar; considerando a família como um todo. Os membros da família estabelecem relações ao interagirem e comunicarem, estas servem para manter o sistema em equilíbrio. O desequilíbrio do sistema pode provocar desequilíbrio no indivíduo e vice-versa. Para tanto tivemos como objetivos específicos refletir sobre o desenvolvimento psíquico do indivíduo; analisar a hierarquia definida nas relações de parentalidade; identificar os seus possíveis impactos para o desenvolvimento psíquico do indivíduo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e bibliográfica para contextualizar e fundamentar o problema proposto. Verificou-se como resultado, que sendo a família um sistema de relações ininterruptas e associadas, quando há mudança em um membro da família, consequentemente há mudança em todo o sistema familiar. A família funcional onde há coesão (proximidade afetiva) e hierarquia (poder decisório), caracteriza-se por permitir aos seus membros se sentirem pertencentes ao grupo, ao mesmo tempo em que desenvolvem sua autonomia, maior socialização, tolerância à frustração e compreensão das normas sociais.

Abstract:
The aim of this article was to bring a reflection on the family reality from a systemic and communicative perspective, observing the coexistence of family members, considering that there is interaction between one member and all others. The systemic and communicational perspective seeks to understand the interactions that occur within the family system; considering the family as a whole. Family members establish relationships when interacting and communicating, these serve to keep the system in balance. The imbalance of the system can cause imbalance in the individual and vice versa. Therefore, we had as specific objectives to reflect on the individual's psychic development; analyze the hierarchy defined in parenting relationships; identify its possible impacts on the individual's psychic development. It is a qualitative, descriptive and bibliographic research to contextualize and substantiate the proposed problem. As a result, it was found that, since the family is a system of uninterrupted and associated relationships, when there is a change in a family member, consequently there is a change in the entire family system. The functional family where there is cohesion (affective proximity) and hierarchy (decision-making power), is characterized by allowing its members to feel belonging to the group, at the same time that they develop their autonomy, greater socialization, tolerance to frustration and understanding of the norms social.
