HEALTH PROMOTION, SMOKING AND DAMAGE REDUCTION IN SUS: THE EXPERIENCE LINKED TO THE EXTENSION PROJECT CAN BREATHE! DISCUSSING HEALTH PROMOTION IN SUS / UPE
O artigo apresenta a experiência vinculada a Formação em Promoção da Saúde, Tabagismo e Redução de Danos no Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS, atividade vinculada ao Projeto de Extensão Pode Respirar! Discutindo Promoção da Saúde no SUS/UPE. A formação tem por objetivos: refletir sobre a história, fundamentos e princípios da atenção ao tabagista no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde no contexto da Promoção à Saúde; discutir os aspectos envolvidos na atenção ao tabagista no âmbito do SUS de forma articulada à discussão da Redução de Danos; contribuir com o desenvolvimento de atividades educativas sobre Promoção da Saúde, Redução de Danos nos diversos espaços vinculados dos participantes da formação; incentivar a produção de artigos, relatos de experiência e/ou correlatos sobre as atividades desenvolvidas pelos participantes da formação. De 2016 a 2019 concluíram a formação 123 participantes entre Discentes, Residentes e Profissionais de Saúde. Durante o processo formativo os participantes planejam, executam e sistematizam em formato de Relato de Experiência um projeto de intervenção que contemple os conhecimentos apreendidos no processo. A estratégia metodológica inicialmente utilizada nos processos formativos passaram a ser adotadas em todas as atividades vinculadas ao projeto de extensão, enriquecendo assim o aprendizado e troca de saberes entre os participantes contribuindo para a melhoria da qualidade dos serviços prestados à população usuária do SUS.

Abstract:
The article presents the experience linked to Training in Health Promotion, Smoking and Harm Reduction in the Unified Health System - SUS, activity linked to the Extension Project Can Breathe! Discussing Health Promotion at SUS / UPE. The training aims to: reflect on the history, foundations and principles of care for smokers within the scope of the Unified Health System in the context of Health Promotion; discuss the aspects involved in the care of smokers under the SUS in an articulated manner to the discussion of Harm Reduction; contribute to the development of educational activities on Health Promotion, Harm Reduction in the various linked spaces of the training participants; encourage the production of articles, experience reports and / or correlates about the activities developed by the training participants. From 2016 to 2019, 123 participants, including Students, Residents and Health Professionals, completed the training. During the training process, participants plan, execute and systematize in an Experience Report format an intervention project that contemplates the knowledge learned in the process. The methodological strategy initially used in the training processes started to be adopted in all activities linked to the extension project, thus enriching the learning and exchange of knowledge among the participants, contributing to the improvement of the quality of services provided to the SUS user population.
