GREAT MINDS: CONSULTORIA DE TREINAMENTO MOTIVACIONAL UM ESTUDO SOBRE A MOTIVAÇÃO NO AMBIENTE CORPORATIVO
O elemento central deste trabalho foi a criação de uma consultoria de treinamentos voltada ao âmbito motivacional dos funcionários dentro das organizações, bem como a verificação da viabilidade do negócio, visando assim gerar um diferencial competitivo dentro deste mercado de atuação. Diversas pesquisas a respeito de tendências sociais, índices de felicidade, transtornos psicológicos e motivação humana dentro das empresas foram realizadas, com o objetivo de aprofundar a investigação sobre o tema e embasar a criação da consultoria. Foram realizadas também pesquisas de mercado, com a finalidade de observar tendências, concorrentes e uma melhor forma de introdução da startup.
A motivação e os fatores que desencadeiam a sua ausência para os colaboradores é, atualmente, um assunto bastante presente no meio corporativo, seja dentro das empresas ou até mesmo em ambientes e conversas mais descontraídas. Sempre é possível encontrar alguém que comente sobre suas frustrações em sua área de atuação e que esteja buscando por novas oportunidades no mercado.
O tema proposto é interessante para que se possa entender o que ocorre na dinâmica da sociedade atual e de que forma isso afeta o ser humano. Com a leitura deste trabalho, será possível abrir horizontes sobre o conhecimento no assunto tratado, e inclusive o tema fará com que cada vez mais as pessoas entendam o que está desmotivando cada uma delas. Que o trabalho proposto inclusive possa evidenciar o quão é importante a busca por satisfação e realização pessoal dentro de sua área de atuação, e que as pessoas se sintam bem naquilo que exercem e nas tarefas que executam dentro das empresas.

Abstract:
The central element of this work was the creation of a training consultancy focused on the motivational sphere of the employees inside the organizations, as well as the verification of the viability of the business, aiming to generate a competitive differential within this market. Several researches about social trends, happiness indexes, psychological disorders and human motivation within the companies were made, with the objective of deepening the investigation on the subject and grounding the creation of the consultancy. Market researches were also made, in order to observe trends, competitors and a better way to introduce the startup.
Motivation and the factors that trigger its absence for employees are, currently, a very present subject in the corporate environment, whether within companies or even in more relaxed environments and conversations. It is always possible to find someone who comments about the frustrations in your area of expertise and who is looking for new opportunities in the market.
The proposed theme is interesting so that you can understand what happens in the dynamics of today's society and how it affects human beings. With the reading of this work, it will be possible to open horizons about knowledge in the treaty, and even the theme will make more and more people understand what is demotivating each one of them. That the proposed work can even show how important the search for satisfaction and personal fulfillment is within your area of expertise, and that people feel good about what they do and the tasks they perform within companies.
