GRAVIDEZ NA ADOLESCÊNCIA, UMA ABORDAGEM DE SAÚDE COLETIVA
Para a promoção de saúde integral do adolescente, a Faculdade de Medicina de Franca (Unifran), através da disciplina PIESF (Programa de Integração do Ensino na Saúde da Família) desenvolve, em conjunto com os estudantes da mesma, ações integradas na comunidade do bairro Villa Chico Júlio, na escola pública O.M, situada região da cidade de Franca-SP. O trabalho tem como objetivo reconhecer a importância da gravidez na adolescência como problema de saúde pública e suas principais repercussões psicossociais e também relatar as experiências vivenciadas por estudantes do 2º ano de Medicina da Unifran ao realizarem tais ações integradas e educativas. Para subsidiar a elaboração do projeto de intervenção foi feita uma capacitação dos estudantes de medicina participantes através de materiais referenciados pelo Ministério da Saúde e de artigos científicos. Espera-se que as ações educativas executadas sejam capazes de contribuir na redução do número de gravidezes na adolescência e na redução das infecções sexualmente transmissíveis, contribuindo, desse modo, com a promoção de saúde e prevenção de doenças no âmbito coletivo.

Abstract:
For the promotion of integral health for the adolescent, the Faculty of Medicine of Franca (Unifran), through the discipline PIESF (Family Health Education Integration Program) configured, together with the students of the same, integrated actions in the community of the neighborhood Villa Chico Júlio,at public school O.M, in the region of the city of Franca-SP. The work aims to recognize the importance of teenage pregnancy as a public health problem and its main psychosocial repercussions and also to report the experiences lived by students of the 2nd year of Medicine at Unifran when carrying out such integrated and educatonal actions.In order to support the eleboration of the intervention Project, the training of participating medical students was carried out through materials referenced by the Ministry of Health and scientific articles. It is expected that the educational actions carried out will be able to contribute to the reduction of the number of pregnancies in adolescence and to the reduction of sexually transmitted diseases, thus contributing to the promotion of health and prevention of diseases in the collective sphere.
