Este artigo visa apresentar os
resultados parciais de um estudo que surge
mediante inquietações sobre uma gestão
escolar burocrática e gerencial. As suas
características que apresentam contradições
entre os objetivos propostos pela Instituição
que a mantém, o Projeto Pedagógico e as
práticas de gestão que aparecem na escola, o
seu processo de seleção, descrição do espaço
e funcionamento.

Abstract:
This article aims to present the
partial results of a study that arises through
concerns about bureaucratic and managerial
school management. Its characteristics that
present contradictions between the objectives
proposed by the Institution that maintains it,
the Pedagogical Project and the management
practices that appear in the school, its selection
process, description of space and functioning.
