GESTÃO DOS SERVIÇOS DA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA À SAÚDE PARA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE SÍFILIS GESTACIONAL: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
OBJETIVO: Descrever a gestão de enfermagem nos serviços da atenção básica à saúde para identificação de sífilis gestacional. MÉTODO: Relato de experiência dos graduandos em enfermagem, conforme a prática vivenciada durante Estágio Curricular 1, inserida na matriz acadêmica do 7º semestre, no período de 2019.1, vinculada a uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES) privada da cidade de Salvador. RESULTADOS: Durante atendimento em Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS), graduandos e profissional de enfermagem acolheram a paciente no consultório. Estabelecido o vínculo de confiança paciente/profissional, a paciente referiu estar sentindo náuseas e atraso no ciclo menstrual. Diante dos dados da anamnese, a equipe explanou sobre a suspeita de gravidez e ofertou o teste rápido de gravidez (TRG), simultaneamente ressaltou o valor dos teste rápidos das infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (TISTs). Obtido o consentimento, deu-se início aos exames, resultando na confirmação dos TRG e o TIST de sífilis. Também, abordaram sobre a importância da realização dos TISTs no companheiro, feito os testes, foi comprovado sífilis. Conduzindo-os a orientação imparcial sobre a transcendência da doença, profilaxia e tratamento da sífilis, além de ter iniciado as consultas de pré-natal. Finalizada a consulta, foi preenchida a ficha de notificação compulsória. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que a gestão da enfermagem aprimora a distribuição dos serviços de saúde, além de constituir dados fidedignos, adquiridos pela imparcialidade imposta na detecção de sífilis gestacional. CONTRIBUIÇÕES E IMPLICAÇÕES PARA A ENFERMAGEM: As habilidades de enfermagem devem ser aprimoradas constantemente, a estruturação da gestão desde a graduação intercedem na ampliação dos conhecimentos sobre os serviços de saúde disponíveis e na composição da escuta ativa para atender às variadas situações de forma equitativa atenção básica à saúde, além da constituição do vínculo de confiança com a comunidade.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To describe nursing management in basic health care services for identification of gestational syphilis. METHODS: Report of experience of nursing students, according to the practice lived during Curriculum 1, inserted in the academic matrix of the 7th semester, in the period of 2019.1, linked to a private Higher Education Institution (IES) of the city of Salvador. RESULTS: During the attendance in Basic Health Unit (UBS), graduates and nursing professional welcomed the patient in the office. Once the patient/professional bond of trust was established, the patient reported feeling nauseous and delayed in the menstrual cycle. Before the data of the anamnesis, the team explained about the suspicion of pregnancy and offered the rapid pregnancy test (TRG), simultaneously emphasized the value of the rapid tests for sexually transmitted infections (TISTs). Once consent was obtained, the tests began, resulting in confirmation of the TRG and the syphilis TIST. They also discussed the importance of performing the TISTs in the partner and, after the tests, syphilis was proven. They conducted impartial guidance on the transcendence of the disease, prophylaxis and treatment of syphilis, in addition to having initiated prenatal consultations. After the consultation, the compulsory notification form was filled out. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the management of nursing improves the distribution of health services, besides constituting reliable data, acquired by the impartiality imposed in the detection of gestational syphilis. CONTRIBUTIONS AND IMPLICATIONS FOR THE ENFERMAGE: The nursing abilities must be constantly improved, the structuring of the management since the graduation intercede in the magnifying of the knowledge on the available health services and in the composition of the active listening to take care of the varied situations of equitable basic attention to the health, beyond the constitution of the bond of confidence with the community.
