GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA E OS DESAFIOS DA EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA
A educação é um direito constitucionalmente assegurado a todos, inspirado na igualdade de direitos entre as pessoas, inclusive àquelas que são público-alvo da Educação Especial. Entretanto, é perceptível que a problemática que temos diante nós, a qual nos impulsiona neste universo de pesquisa devido a vivências práticas do cotidiano escolar, não está voltada apenas garantia de acesso de todos a uma educação de qualidade, mas pauta-se em assegurar a permanência desses sujeitos na escola. Para garantir direito de acesso e permanência, o ambiente escolar precisa ser um lugar em que cada aluno seja acolhido, respeitado em suas singularidades e atendidos em suas necessidades específicas. O desafio que as instituições de ensino têm pela frente é construir uma escola, de fato, inclusiva. Assim, este artigo visa investigar, por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica, o papel da gestão democrática frente ao desafio de construir uma escola inclusiva. Logo, identificou-se que o papel da gestão escolar é fundamental para prover as condições necessárias à transformação da escola em um ambiente educativo de inclusão, respeito à diversidade, propício ao exercício da cidadania e vivência da democracia.

Abstract:
Education is a constitutionally guaranteed right for all, inspired by equal rights among people, including those who are the target audience of Special Education. However, it is noticeable that the problem that we face before us, which drives us in this universe of research due to practical experiences of the school day, is not only a guarantee of access for all to a quality education, but is aimed at ensuring the these subjects at school. To guarantee the right of access and permanence, the school environment must be a place where each student is welcomed, respected in their singularities and attended to their specific needs. The challenge that educational institutions face is to build a school, in fact, inclusive. Thus, this article aims to investigate, through bibliographic research, the role of democratic management in the face of the challenge of building an inclusive school. Therefore, it was identified that the role of school management is fundamental to provide the necessary conditions for the transformation of school into an inclusive educational environment, respect for diversity, conducive to the exercise of citizenship and living democracy.
