GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA: CONCEPÇÕES E PROPOSIÇÕES POLÍTICO- INSTITUCIONAIS DE SISTEMAS MUNICIPAIS DE ENSINO TOCANTINENSES
Objetiva-se apresentar as concepções e proposições político-institucionais de sistemas municipais de ensino da mesorregião de Rio Formoso no Estado do Tocantins identificando a proposição de gestão democrática nos municípios que a compõem. Em busca documental intentou-se apreender a presença dos princípios de participação e autonomia visando compreender os meandros da gestão democrática. Os resultados indicam que, nos sistemas instituídos, não há previsão de gestão participativa em 60% das leis analisadas.

Abstract:
The objective is to present the political-institutional conceptions and propositions of municipal teaching systems in the mesoregion of Rio Formoso in the State of Tocantins, identifying the proposition of democratic management in the municipalities that comprise it. In search of documents, it was attempted to apprehend the presence of the principles of participation and autonomy in order to understand the intricacies of democratic management. The results indicate that, in the instituted systems, there is no forecast of participative management in 60% of the analyzed laws.
