GESTÃO DA QUALIDADE EM ENFERMAGEM: SAÚDE E SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE
Tratando-se da gestão e qualidade em enfermagem, vemos que inúmeras ações adotadas interferem diretamente na qualificação do profissional e da Instituição em que o mesmo está ligado. As Instituições hospitalares é uma das mais burocráticas, pois além de lidarmos com diferentes pacientes, lidamos com uma equipe multidisciplinar, que só alcança o êxito trabalhado juntos. Um grande ponto para avaliar a gestão de qualidade é a segurança do paciente, pois quando é prestado um atendimento eficaz e seguro sem eventos adversos, cria-se uma boa reputação dos responsáveis. Dessa forma, entendemos que o Enfermeiro Gestor precisa saber liderar uma equipe, precisando de ter um perfil para tal cargo, pois ao lidar com vidas, cada decisão tem um grande impacto na qualidade do atendimento e assistência gerada, ou seja, é preciso saber gerenciar com qualidade para que haja um bom funcionamento da organização hospitalar.

Abstract:
With regard to management and quality in nursing, we see that numerous actions taken directly interfere in the qualification of the professional and the institution to which he is connected. Hospital institutions are one of the most bureaucratic, as in addition to dealing with different patients, we deal with a multidisciplinary team, which only achieves success by working together. A great point to assess quality management is patient safety, because when effective and safe care is provided without adverse events, it creates a good reputation for those responsible. Thus, we understand that the Nurse Manager needs to know how to lead a team, needing to have a profile for such a position, because when dealing with lives, each decision has a great impact on the quality of care and assistance generated, that is, it is necessary to know how to manage with quality so that there is a good functioning of the hospital organization.
