GESTAÇÃO E ZIKA VÍRUS: ADESÃO ÀS MEDIDAS PREVENTIVAS
Objetiva conhecer os motivos que promovem ou dificultam a adesão às medidas de proteção da infecção do ZIKV pela via sexual. Materiais e métodos: estudo exploratório, descritivo e transversal com abordagem qualitativa, realizado nos serviços de atenção básica (UBS) no Município de Pontal do Araguaia – MT. O grupo compôs por 34 gestantes usuárias do pré-natal através de amostragem por seqüência, por critérios de inclusão, mediante entrevista e técnica de Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: Emergiram três categorias que dificultam a adesão do método estudado: União Consensual; O fato de estar grávida; Não preferência do método da relação sexual. A união consensual alcançou prevalente associação à dificuldade na adoção do preservativo, visto que a maioria das gestantes possuía companheiro sexual ativo. Conclusão: mesmo com a oferta livre do preservativo pela Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) e todas as recomendações já feitas pelo Ministério da Saúde (MS), há dificuldades para efetivação das medidas de proteção individuais na prática. Dessa forma, requer ainda mais esforços das equipes interprofissionais, para que a introdução a medida de proteção seja mais efetiva.

Abstract:
To understand and evaluate the individual protection measures for Zika Virus Infection through sex. In addition to knowing the reasons that promote or hinder adherence to such measures. Materials and methods: exploratory, descriptive and cross-sectional study with a qualitative approach, carried out in the services of the Basic Health Unit of the Municipality of Pontal do Araguaia - MT. The group consisted of 34 pregnant women using prenatal care through sampling by sequence, by inclusion criteria, through interview and Content Analysis technique. Results: three categories emerged that hinder the adherence of the studied method: Consensual Union; The fact of being pregnant; No preference for the method of sexual intercourse. The consensual union reached a prevalent association with the difficulty in adopting condoms, since most pregnant women had an active sexual partner. Conclusion: even with the free offer of condoms by the Basic Health Unit (UBS) and all the recommendations already made by the Ministry of Health (MS), there are difficulties in implementing individual protection measures in practice. Thus, it requires even more efforts from the interprofessional teams and the State, so that the introduction of the protection measure is more effective.
