GERENCIAMENTO EM ENFERMAGEM: PERCEPÇÃO DOS ENFERMEIROS DE UM HOSPITAL PÚBLICO
Os profissionais enfermeiros são de fundamental importância no gerenciamento da unidade hospitalar, com isso, a presença destes profissionais, nesse ambiente que possuem conhecimentos acerca das estruturas hospitalares e dos processos assistenciais, torna-se agentes nas operacionalidades dessas ações. Este estudo teve como objetivo geral identificar os significados, vivenciados pelos enfermeiros no gerenciamento em enfermagem de um hospital público no município de Simplício Mendes, PI. Os objetivos específicos: traçar o perfil profissional dos participantes do serviço; descrever os sentimentos do enfermeiro que emergem da condição de gerenciamento na unidade hospitalar e compreender a visão dos enfermeiros relacionados ao exercício da assistência na unidade hospitalar. A metodologia realizada foi um estudo de caráter descritivo exploratório e natureza qualitativa, e de campo, utilizando entrevista semiestruturada, contendo perguntas abertas, fechadas, o instrumento foi dividido em duas partes; a primeira com dados de identificação, e a segunda parte instigando o entendimento quanto ao gerenciamento de enfermagem. O estudo revelou que na amostra os 06 participantes possuem conhecimentos sobre gerenciamento de enfermagem, e a importância desta ferramenta no processo do cuidado, assim é fundamental que os profissionais de saúde sejam capacitados para tomar decisões. Contudo, o estudo propiciou uma maior reflexão sobre a prática gerencial do enfermeiro em relação a sua formação profissional que é a tomada de decisão com base no atendimento de qualidade para os pacientes.

Abstract:
The professionals nurses are of fundamental importance in the administration of the unit hospitalar, with that, these professionals' presence, in that adapts that possess knowledge concerning the structures hospitalares and of the processes assistenciais, he/she becomes agents in the operacionalidades of those actions. This study had as general objective to identify the meanings, lived by the nurses in the administration in nursing of a public hospital in the municipal district of Simplício Mendes, PI. The specific objectives: to draw the participants of the service professional profile; to describe the nurse's feelings that emerge of the administration condition in the unit hospitalar and to understand the nurses' related to the exercise of the attendance vision in the unit hospitalar. The accomplished methodology was a study of exploratory descriptive character and qualitative nature, and of field, using glimpsed semiestruturada, containing questions open, closed, the instrument was divided in two parts; the first with identification data, and the second break urging the understanding as for the nursing administration. The study revealed that in the sample the 06 participants possess knowledge on nursing administration, and the importance of this tool in the process of the care, it is like this fundamental that the professionals of health are qualified to make decisions. However, the study propitiated a larger reflection on the nurse's managerial practice in relation to his/her professional formation that is the socket of decision with base in the quality service for the patients.
