GERENCIAMENTO DE ENFERMAGEM NA ÁREA CIRURGICA FRENTE A PANDEMIA
A pandemia COVID -19 no Brasil trouxe diversas mudanças no setor da saúde, influenciando diretamente no gerenciamento e modelo de atendimento da equipe de enfermagem. Gerenciar uma equipe frente ao desconhecido trouxe diversos desafios para o enfermeiro. Desta forma, este estudo buscou relatar as experiências vivenciadas pela autora quanto ao gerenciamento dentro da área cirúrgica no período da pandemia COVID-19. Utilizando registros dos atendimentos de pacientes contaminados no período de abril a dezembro de 2020, tendo 138 procedimentos. Buscou-se também, embasamento bibliográfico pelas bases de dados Scielo, Scientific Eletronic Library Online, PubMed e Google Acadêmico e outros meios de pesquisa, os artigos foram selecionados a partir do ano de 2013. Foram utilizados os descritores: gerenciamento, enfermagem, pandemia, centro cirúrgico.

Abstract:
The COVID -19 pandemic in Brazil brought several changes in the health sector, directly influencing the management and care model of the nursing team. Managing a team in the face of the unknown brought several challenges for nurses. In this way, this study sought to report the experiences lived by the author regarding management within the surgical area during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using records of contaminated patient care from April to December 2020, having 138 procedures. It was also sought, bibliographic basis for the databases Scielo, Scientific Electronic Library Online, PubMed and Google Scholar and other means of research, the articles were selected from the year 2013.
