GEOGRAFIA DA AGROINDÚSTRIA DE SOJA ARGENTINA E OS IMPOSTOS ÁS SUAS EXPORTAÇÕES.
A agroindústria de soja é o setor
exportador mais dinâmico e importante da
economia argentina. Durante o governo de
Nestor Kirchner houve um aumento de impostos
para as exportações de soja (retenciones)
para 35% do seu valor, sendo a Argentina o
único país do Mercosul em aplicar este tipo
de política tributária no setor. A produção e o
processamento de soja apresentam uma série
de características espaciais que outorgam uma
significativa renda diferencial por localização
e infraestrutura, permitindo que as empresas
sejam altamente competitivas no mercado
internacional mesmo com a aplicação deste
pesado tributo.

Abstract:
The soy agribusiness is the most
dynamic and important export sector of the
Argentine economy. During the government
of Nestor Kirchner have been increased taxes
ace soybean exports (retenciones) to 35% of
its value, being Argentina the only Mercosur
country to apply this kind of tax policy in the
sector. The production and processing of soy in
Argentina has a number of spatial characteristics
that give a significant differential rent by location
and infrastructure, allowing them to companies
being highly competitive in the international
market even with the application of this heavy
toll.
