GÊNESE DE CONCENTRAÇÕES DE NEGÓCIOS: ANÁLISE COMPARATIVA DA LITERATURA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL
O objetivo deste artigo é elaborar
um inventário dos fatores condicionantes
para o surgimento de um cluster a partir da
comparação dos fatores presentes na literatura
nacional e internacional. Trata-se de um ensaio
teórico a partir da confrontação crítica, baseado
em uma análise bibliográfica, portanto, um
artigo conceitual. Para elaborar o trabalho foi
realizada uma pesquisa dos artigos nacionais
publicados sobre gênese de clusters. O Spell
foi o portal de periódicos utilizado para o
levantamento dos artigos nacionais no período.
Foram encontrados artigos no período de
2011 a 2016. Na literatura internacional foram
encontrados, através do estudo Barakat et al.
(2017), 14 artigos que mencionam fatores que
podem influenciar o surgimento de um cluster.
Foram encontrados 14 artigos que mencionam
fatores para o surgimento de cluster na
literatura internacional e 20 artigos na literatura
nacional, incentivo governamental é o fator mais
citado na literatura e no contexto nacional os
incidentes históricos influenciaram a formação
de clusters. A principal contribuição deste
estudo foi à constatação dos principais fatores
que influenciam na gênese de cluster presentes
na literatura nacional em comparação com a
internacional. Foi elaborado neste trabalho um
inventário com estes fatores com o intuito de
contribuir para o desenvolvimento da teoria de
cluster.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to
compile an inventory of the factors conditioning
the emergence of a cluster from the comparison
of the factors present in the national and
international literature. It is a theoretical essay
from the critical confrontation, based on a
bibliographical analysis, therefore, a conceptual
article. To elaborate the work was carried out
a research of the published national articles on
genesis of clusters. The Spell was the periodical
portal used for the survey of national articles in
the period. Articles were found in the period
from 2011 to 2016. In the international literature,
Barakat et al. (2017), 14 articles that mention factors that can influence the emergence
of a cluster. We found 14 articles that mention factors for the emergence of cluster
in the international literature and 20 articles in the national literature, governmental
incentive is the most cited factor in the literature and in the national context historical
incidents influenced the formation of clusters. The main contribution of this study was
the verification of the main factors that influence the genesis of clusters present in
the national literature in comparison with the international literature. An inventory was
developed with these factors in order to contribute to the development of cluster theory.
