FROM GETULIO TO ANNE FRANK: VULNERABILITIES AND RESISTANCE OF TRANSVESTITES AND TRANSSEXUAL WOMEN IN CURITIBA/PR
A não garantia dos direitos das pessoas trans faz parte do seu cotidiano e sua materialidade expressa em seus corpos produz sofrimentos e o aumento da sua vulnerabilidade ao adoecimento. Neste artigo, serão apresentados os dados obtidos na parte etnográfica, realizada em Curitiba/PR, de uma pesquisa maior intitulada Pesquisa Divas. A Pesquisa Divas foi realizada em 12 municípios do Brasil e teve o objetivo de realizar um estudo de comportamentos, atitudes, práticas e prevalências de HIV, sífilis e Hepatite B e C entre travestis e mulheres transexuais. Para tanto, primeiramente serão apresentados os serviços, políticas, programas e projetos voltados à garantia dos direitos humanos dessa população em Curitiba e no Paraná; na sequência serão apresentadas as vivências e resistências das travestis e mulheres transexuais que vivem em Curitiba; e, por fim, será efetivada uma discussão das vulnerabilidades individuais, sociais e programáticas ao adoecimento dessa população, a partir dos preceitos dos direitos humanos. A partir da análise empreendida, pôde-se observar que o sofrimento ético-político é reduzido quando os espaços e as relações intersubjetivas proporcionam o reconhecimento das pessoas trans como sujeitos de direito.

Abstract:
Failure to guarantee the rights of trans people is part of their daily lives, and their materiality expressed in their bodies produces suffering and the increase in their vulnerability to illness. In this article, the data obtained in the ethnographic part, carried out in Curitiba/PR, of a larger research entitled “Divas Survey” will be presented. The Divas Survey was conducted in 12 municipalities in Brazil and aimed to conduct a study of behavior, attitudes, practices, and
prevalence of HIV, syphilis and Hepatitis B and C among transvestites and transsexual women. Therefore, first, services, policies, programs and projects aimed at guaranteeing the human rights of this population in Curitiba and Paraná will be presented; next, the experiences and resistance of transvestites and transsexual women living in Curitiba will be presented;
and, finally, a discussion of individual, social and programmatic vulnerabilities to the illness of this population will be carried out, from the precepts of human rights. From the analysis, it was observed that the ethical-political suffering is reduced when spaces and intersubjective relationships provide the recognition of trans people as rights subject. -
