FÔRMAS: UTILIZAÇÃO E REUTILIZAÇÃO DE FÔRMAS REVESTIDAS COM POLIETILENO DE BAIXA DENSIDADE (PEDB - SACOLAS PLÁSTICAS)
As fôrmas são peças provisórias e componentes fundamentais para o suporte de elementos estruturais de concreto até sua solidificação. Atualmente os tipos mais comuns são as fôrmas metálicas, mistas e de madeira, sendo ela resinada ou plastificada. O objetivo deste projeto foi implementar nas formas de compensado um novo tipo de material cuja finalidade foi melhorar sua durabilidade levando em consideração o custo-benefício do processo. Primeiramente foi avaliada a utilização de politereftalato de etileno (pet) como revestimento, entretanto os resultados obtidos não foram satisfatórios. Sendo assim, a garrafa pet foi substituída por sacolas plásticas (polietileno de baixa densidade - PEDB). A técnica utilizada foi o revestimento das formas com sacolas plásticas, como substituto as resinas utilizadas atualmente. Para desenvolver o processo de aprimoramento ou inovação foram realizadas as seguintes etapas: a coleta de sacolas plásticas em ambientes domésticos, a prensagem desse material utilizando temperatura de vapor acima de seu ponto de fusão, a adesão do material a chapa de compensado e o teste prático da nova fôrma no processo de concretagem. Observando os resultados produzidos verificou-se que foi possível desenvolver um produto de baixo custo e maior durabilidade que os produtos ofertados no mercado.

Abstract:
The forms are temporary pieces and fundamental components for the support of concrete structural elements until their solidification. Currently the most common types are metallic, mixed and wooden forms, being it resinated or plastified. The objective of this project was to implement in the forms of plywood a new type of material whose purpose was to improve its durability taking into account the cost-benefit of the process. Firstly, the use of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as a coating was evaluated, however the results obtained were not satisfactory. Thus, the pet bottle was replaced by plastic bags (low density polyethylene - PEDB). The technique used was the coating of the forms with plastic bags, as a substitute for the resins currently used. In order to develop the process of improvement or innovation the following steps were performed: the collection of plastic bags in domestic environments, the pressing of this material using vapor temperature above its melting point, the adhesion of the material to the plywood plate and the practical test of the new form in the concreting process. Looking at the results, it was found that it was possible to develop a product of low cost and greater durability than the products offered in the market.
