FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES: UMA ANÁLISE DO MODELO NEOLIBERAL DE POLÍTICAS EDUCATIVAS.
O interesse em realizar este estudo teve origem após constatações discutidas à luz da legislação brasileira, a partir da análise e avaliação política em tempos neoliberais recorrentes da historiografia nacional. Em face disso, como o sistema municipal de educação do Paraná se refere à educação, por meio do pensamento político e educacional que objetivou tratar: 1) a Instrução Pública no Paraná com o Código de Ensino de 1917, o cenário das reformas educacionais no Brasil no decorrer da década de 1990; 2) o impacto das políticas para a formação docente mediante mudanças do contexto mundial, nacional e estadual; 3) o percurso histórico da formação do professor a partir da Lei nº 5. 692/71 no Paraná. O processo de transição deste trabalho mostrou que as posições dos pesquisadores da área da educação na segunda metade do século XX decorrem da reforma econômica e política, do contexto internacional para o cenário brasileiro, expondo uma política implicada no modelo neoliberal de sociedade.

Abstract:
The interest in carrying out this study originated after findings discussed in the light of Brazilian legislation, from the analysis and political evaluation in recurrent neoliberal times of national historiography. In light of this, as the municipal education system of Paraná refers to education, through the political and educational thinking that aimed to address: 1) Public Instruction in Paraná with the 1917 Teaching Code, the scenario of educational reforms in Brazil during the 1990s; 2) the impact of policies for teacher training through changes in the world, national and state context; 3) the historical path of teacher education based on Law No. 5. 692/71 in Paraná. The transition process of this work showed that the positions of researchers in the field of education in the second half of the 20th century stem from economic and political reform, from the international context to the Brazilian scenario, exposing a policy implicated in the neoliberal model of society.
