FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES PARA O USO DE METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS: DESCRIÇÃO
Este trabalho tem por objetivo descrever o processo de formação docente dos professores formadores do curso técnico subsequente em Vendas, na modalidade a distância, do Instituto Federal do Paraná (IFPR), para aplicarem metodologias ativas em seu fazer pedagógico. Método: foi realizada uma oficina com os professores e reuniões presenciais e virtuais. Os resultados obtidos foram: 1) Aplicação do manual desenvolvido para orientação dos professores formadores para construção das metodologias ativas no curso; 2) Elaboração e realização da oficina de formação docente e seu material didático desenvolvido especialmente para esta oficina. 3) elaboração de metodologia utilizada para construção coletiva interdisciplinar de conteúdos do curso. 4) a aplicação de uma pesquisa junto à comunidade docente e discente para mensurar a eficiência da aplicação das metodologias ativas no curso. Os resultados da análise deste processo formativo balizaram os ajustes que se fizeram necessários na formação de novos professores formadores no curso técnico em Vendas bem como de futuros cursos no IFPR EaD em que sejam aplicadas as metodologias ativas. A utilização destas metodologias têm sido um projeto inovador e permite uma maior integração dos membros da equipe gestora e professores formadores.

Abstract:
This work aims to describe the process of teacher training of teachers who train the subsequent technical course in Sales, in the distance modality, from the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR), to apply active methodologies in their pedagogical practice. Method: a workshop was held with the teachers and in-person and virtual meetings. The results obtained were: 1) Application of the manual developed to guide teacher educators for the construction of active methodologies in the course; 2) Elaboration and realization of the teacher training workshop and its didactic material specially developed for this workshop. 3) elaboration of the methodology used for the interdisciplinary collective construction of course contents. 4) the application of a survey with the teaching and student community to measure the efficiency of the application of the active methodologies in the course. The results of the analysis of this training process marked out the adjustments that were made necessary in the training of new teacher educators in the technical course in Sales as well as future courses in the IFPR EaD in which the active methodologies are applied. The use of these methodologies has been an innovative project and allows for greater integration of the members of the management team and teachers trainers.
