FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DE PSICOLOGIA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA SOBRE UMA OFICINA DE SEXUALIDADE E GÊNERO
Este trabalho visa apresentar o relato de uma experiência de formação docente realizada em formato de Oficina, cujo tema foi Sexualidade e Gênero. A proposta objetivou promover a reflexão e a desconstrução sobre questões que envolvem o tema da sexualidade na adolescência, tais como: construção social e papéis de gênero, orientação sexual, população LGBTQIA+, violência, políticas públicas, adolescência/puberdade e saúde do homem e da mulher. Participaram dos encontros 20 alunos provenientes de turmas do 9º ano do ensino fundamental e do ensino médio de uma escola estadual da periferia de Dourados – MS. As Oficinas aconteceram no período matutino com duração de 50 minutos, durante os meses de agosto a outubro de 2019, totalizando nove encontros, os quais foram compostos por rodas de conversa, aulas expositivas com apresentação de filmes/séries e divisão de grupos para apresentação de cartazes e debates. Foram aplicados dois questionários, um no início e outro ao final, com o objetivo de averiguar o conhecimento prévio dos alunos sobre o tema e o obtido após a finalização da Oficina. O texto ainda se propõe a discutir sobre a importância da formação de professores em Psicologia no que tange a futura atuação profissional, e do tema abordado na oficina, este percebido como de grande relevância considerando o contexto escolar no qual foi apresentado.

Abstract:
This article presents the report of a teacher training experience, held in a Workshop format, the theme of which was Sexuality and Gender. The proposal aimed to enable reflection and deconstruction on issues involving the theme of sexuality in adolescence, such as: social construction and gender roles, sexual orientation, violence, public policies, LGBTQIA + population, adolescence/puberty, and men's and women's health. Participated in the meetings 20 students from classes of the 9th grade of elementary and high school of a state school on the outskirts of Dourados - MS. The Workshops happened in the morning, lasting fifty minutes, from August to October 2019, totaling nine meetings, which consisted of conversation circles, expository classes with presentation of films / series and division of groups to present posters and debates. Two questionnaires were applied, one at the beginning and one at the end, with the aim of ascertaining the students' prior knowledge on the topic and the knowledge obtained after the Workshop was completed. The text also proposes to discuss the importance of teacher training in psychology with respect to future professional performance, and the theme addressed in the workshop, this perceived as very relevant considering the school context in which it was presented.
