O presente estudo tem como

objetivo identificar e analisar artigos referentes

à formação continuada de professores que

abordam sobre a temática da Necessidade

Formativa. A pesquisa foi efetuada a partir da

seleção de artigos da base de dados do Portal de

Periódicos da CAPES, na qual foram analisados

12 artigos, utilizando o termo “necessidade

formativa”. Os principais autores que embasaram

a leitura dos artigos foram Rodrigues e Esteves

(1993), Garcia (1999) e Nóvoa (1991). A

presente pesquisa se caracteriza como um

estudo de revisão de literatura, do tipo estado

do conhecimento (MOROSINI, FERNANDES,

2014). Os resultados evidenciam a crescente

tendência de valorização do cotidiano docente

como força propulsora na elaboração de

projetos de formação continuada e também

modos recorrentes de descrição e análise das

necessidades formativas.

Abstract:
The present study aims to identify

and analyze papers referring to the continuing

training of teachers that approach on the

theme of the Formative Need. The research

was carried out from the selection of papers

on CAPES Portal of Periodicals database, in

which 12 papers were analyzed, using the

term “formative need”. The main authors who

supported the reading of the papers were

Rodrigues and Esteves (1993), Garcia (1999)

and Nóvoa (1991). The present research is

characterized as a study of literature review,

of the state of knowledge type (MOROSINI,

FERNANDES, 2014). The results evidenced

the growing trend of valuing daily teaching as

a driving force in the development of continuing

education projects and also recurrent ways of

describing and analyzing training needs.
