FISIOTERAPIA NO ALÍVIO DA DOR EM PACIENTES ONCOLÓGICOS: UMA VISÃO REABILITADORA EM CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS
A dor envolve tanto os aspectos psicológicos, como os biológicos e físicos, e o fisioterapeuta atua de forma direta no tratamento e alívio dessa dor oncológica em pacientes, pois essa dor acaba causando grande sofrimento e desconforto no paciente durante esse processo. O intuito deste trabalho visa analisar o papel e a importância do fisioterapeuta para o alívio da dor no paciente oncológico em tratamento, como principal objetivo a qualidade de vida do paciente seja em qualquer estágio do seu tratamento. Sendo assim, o principal objetivo deste estudo foi compreender a importância do fisioterapeuta no tratamento para alívio das dores nos pacientes oncológicos. O presente trabalho é uma revisão de literatura. Torna-se necessário que haja discussões voltadas para essas questões em cuidados paliativos com pacientes oncológicos. Conclui-se que os fatores acima descritos para que haja um melhor plano de intervenção, levando sempre em conta o estado psicológico e físico do paciente fazendo com que a resposta ao tratamento possa ser viável ao seu plano e diagnóstico. Torna-se necessário que haja discussões voltadas para essas questões em cuidados paliativos com pacientes oncológicos.

Abstract:
Pain involves both psychological, biological and physical aspects, and the physiotherapist acts directly in the treatment and relief of this cancer pain in patients, as this pain ends up causing great suffering and discomfort in the patient during this process. The aim of this work is to analyze the role and importance of physiotherapy for pain relief in cancer patients undergoing treatment, as the main objective is the quality of life of the patient, at any stage of their treatment. Thus, the main objective of this study was to understand the importance of the physiotherapist in the treatment for pain relief in cancer patients. The present work is a literature review. It is necessary to have discussions focused on these issues in palliative care with cancer patients. It is concluded that the factors described above for a better intervention plan, always taking into account the psychological and physical state of the patient making the response to treatment to be viable to his plan and diagnosis.
