FATORES QUE INFLUENCIAM A BAIXA ADESÃO DO EXAME PAPANICOLAU NA UNIDADE DE SAÚDE DE LAGOA FUNDA, MARATAÍZES- ES
A pesquisa investigou dentro do sistema de saúde pública do município de Marataízes, no estado do Espírito Santo, os fatores que influenciam a baixa adesão ao exame Papanicolau no período de 2009 a 2018. O objetivo foi identificar os fatores que influenciam a baixa adesão, traçar o perfil epidemiológico e clínico das pacientes. Foi realizado um levantamento do primeiro semestre do ano de 2019 para averiguar a meta pactuada, de exames citopatológicos realizados no município de Marataízes e diante dos resultados pôde-se verificar que a meta não está sendo alcançada. Na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) Lagoa Funda o número estimado também está abaixo do número necessário para alcançar o indicador. Foi realizada a análise de cem prontuários de pacientes cadastradas na Unidade de Saúde Lagoa Funda, Marataízes - ES, que estavam dentro da faixa etária de 25 a 64 anos de acordo com o que preconiza o Ministério da Saúde. Diante dos resultados , foi possível concluir que, entre os fatores mencionado pelas usuárias para a não realização do exame, destaca-se a vergonha em realizar o procedimento, sendo que outras não relataram motivos específicos para não realizarem o exame .

Abstract:
The research investigated within the public health system of the municipality of Marataízes, in the state of Espírito Santo, the factors that influence low adherence to the Pap smear in the period from 2009 to 2018. The objective was to identify the factors that influence low adherence, to trace the epidemiological and clinical profile of patients. A survey of the first semester of 2019 was carried out to ascertain the agreed target, of cytopathological examinations performed in the municipality of Marataízes and in view of the results it was possible to verify that the target is not being reached. In the Basic Health Unit (BHU) Lagoa Funda the estimated number is also below the number needed to reach the indicator. The analysis of one hundred medical records of patients registered at the Lagoa Funda Health Unit, Marataízes - ES, who were between the ages of 25 and 64 years old, according to what the Ministry of Health recommends. Given the results, it was possible to conclude that, among the factors mentioned by the users for not performing the exam, the shame in performing the procedure stands out, while others did not report specific reasons for not performing the exam.
