FATORES INTERVENIENTES PARA A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DA SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE EM UM HOSPITAL DO INTERIOR DO ESTADO DO PARÁ: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Introdução: O Ministério da Saúde instituiu, a RDC n° 36 que criou o Programa Nacional de Segurança do Paciente (PNPS), tendo por objetivo fundar ações de segurança da população a todos os serviços de saúde. Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de acadêmicos de enfermagem frente as dificuldades encontradas para a implantação de estratégias de segurança do paciente. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência de cunho descritivo, originado a partir da vivência de acadêmicos de enfermagem durante um Estágio Extracurricular em Segurança do Paciente. A pesquisa utilizou o método da problematização com a aplicação das etapas do Arco de Maguerez. Resultados: No estágio foram reconhecidos os pontos cruciais sobre as dificuldades do hospital frente a cultura de segurança do paciente. Sendo assim, contruiu-se um cronograma para o estabelecimento das metas do programa. Contudo, após a execução deste, verificou-se déficit na adesão dos profissionais às estratégias, assim como falta de apoio institucional ao setor, acarretando no retardo do cumprimento das metas. Conclusão: Infere-se que o desenvolvimento de estratégias voltadas a implantação da segurança do paciente é essencial. Logo, faz-se necessário sensibilizar e envolver desde a alta gestão aos colaboradores da linha de frente com intuito de oferecer atenção segura e de qualidade.

Abstract:
Introduction: The Ministry of Health instituted, RDC No. 36, which created the National Patient Safety Program (PNPS), with the objective of founding population safety actions for all health services. Objective: To report the experience of nursing students in view of the difficulties encountered in implementing patient safety strategies. Methodology: This is a report of an experience of a descriptive nature, originated from the experience of nursing students during an Extracurricular Internship in Patient Safety. The research used the method of problematization with the application of the steps of the Arco de Maguerez. Results: During the internship, the crucial points about the hospital's difficulties in the face of the patient safety culture were recognized. Therefore, a schedule was built for the establishment of the program's goals. However, after the execution of this, there was a deficit in the professionals' adherence to the strategies, as well as a lack of institutional support to the sector, resulting in the delay in meeting the goals. Conclusion: It is inferred that the development of strategies aimed at implementing patient safety is essential. Therefore, it is necessary to raise awareness and involve from the top management to frontline employees in order to offer safe and quality care.
