FARMACOLOGIA DO CÂNCER E ORDEM DE INFUSÃO DE QUIMIOTERAPICOS
Resumo: O câncer está sendo considerada a segunda maior causa de morte por doenças no Brasil, diante desse aumento, com objetivo de aumentar a segurança e a efetividade dessas terapias tem se intensificado a fim de desenvolver medicamentos mais seletivos e eficazes, medicamentos esses popularmente conhecidos como quimioterápicos que constitui uma classe de medicamentos com características ímpares, pois devem agir nas células cancerígenas levando-as a morte e ao mesmo tempo causando o mínimo de lesão nas demais células do nosso corpo. Neste sentido, embora a ordem de infusão desses medicamentos constitui um papel importante, muito debatido e com muitas teorias, porém são poucas evidências cientificas, acredita que grande parte das interações medicamentosas possam ser evitadas pela ordem de infusão correta dos fármacos.

Abstract:
Abstract: Cancer is being considered as the second leading cause of death by disease in Brazil, in view of this increase, with the objective of increasing the safety and effectiveness of these therapies has been intensified in order to develop more selective and effective drugs, drugs that are popularly known as chemotherapy which constitutes a class of drugs with unique characteristics, as they must act on cancer cells leading to death and at the same time causing minimal damage to other cells in our body. In this sense, although the order of infusion of drug formulations constitutes an important role, much debated and with many theories, but it is not scientific evidence, it believes that a large part of drug interactions can be avoided by the order of correct infusion of drugs.
