FACTORES QUE INFLUENCIAN LA FORMACIÓN A TRAVÉS DE TICS A MUJERES VULNERABLES VALLECAUCANAS PARA SU INCLUSIÓN LABORAL
Las TICS responden a una necesidad de comunicación en un mundo globalizado, los
individuos cada vez son más cercanos a estas y constituyen un aspecto fundamental para el
trabajo, por lo anterior la importancia de capacitarse o formarse en el uso de estas.
Este capítulo presenta un análisis sobre los factores que influencian la formación en TICs a
mujeres que han sido víctimas de hechos que las caracterizan como vulnerables en el
Departamento del Valle del Cauca, además cómo la formación en TICs es una herramienta
que permita lograr su vinculación al mercado laboral. El propósito de este estudio gira
alrededor de dos fases, por un lado, el diagnóstico de los factores que influencian la
formación en TICs de las mujeres objeto de estudio, y, por el otro, analizar su influencia en la
inserción al mundo laboral de las mismas.

Abstract:
ICTs respond to a need for communication in an increasingly globalized world, individuals
are increasingly closer to them and constitute a fundamental aspect for work, therefore the
importance of training or training in the use of these.
This research article presents an analysis of the factors that influence ICT training for women
who have been victims of acts and who are characterized as vulnerable in the Department of
Valle del Cauca, as well as ICT training, it is a tool for achieve their connection to the labor
market. The purpose of this study revolves around three axes. The first axis consists of the
analysis with the key actors, on the factors that influence them, the second in the application
of prospective tools such as the Regnier Abacus to know the prioritization of the factors and
the MICMAC to analyze the influence of the variables within the system (motor skills,
dependency), and finally the results are presented through a gap matrix, where the strategies
for closing them are presented.
