Abstract: Ludopedagogy is an educational approach that integrates games and playing into the learning process, in accordance with various educational guidelines. The article brings the theme of Ludopedagogy: the essence of playing with a focus on teaching and learning for early childhood education. Its main objective is to identify the influence of play in early childhood education and its contributions to child development. The problem of the work is: What are the benefits of ludopedagogy in the learning process of early childhood education? It is a bibliographical research with a qualitative approach, with a descriptive objective. It is concluded that ludopedagogy makes learning more meaningful and adapted to the rhythm and needs of each child. It promotes socialization, creativity, logical reasoning, problem solving and the development of emotional skills, contributing significantly to the integral education of children.
