¿EXISTE IGUALDAD LABORAL PARA LAS MUJERES EN MÉXICO?
En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una investigación llevada a cabo por la Facultad de Derecho de la UABC en la que se evidencia que, a pesar de que se ha tratado de enmarcar los derechos de las mujeres para su protección en la constitución mexicana y en sus leyes reglamentarias, para participar en la vida económica del país, se ha pasado por alto que la ley puede ir por un lado y las costumbres por el otro. El problema de violación a los derechos de las mujeres en el campo laboral, existe de manera práctica en todo el territorio nacional y tanto la federación como las entidades federativas han replicado las violaciones a sus derechos, simulando igualdad y protección a las mujeres.

Abstract:
This article presents the results of an investigation carried out by the Faculty of Law of the UABC in which it is evidenced that, despite the fact that it has tried to frame the rights of women for their protection in the Mexican constitution and in its regulatory laws, to participate in the economic life of the country, it has been overlooked that the law can go one way and customs the other. The problem of violation of women's rights in the labor field exists practically throughout the national territory and both the federation and the states have replicated the violations of their rights, simulating equality and protection of women.
