Evolução anatômica humana
O corpo humano atual é resultado de um longo e complexo processo evolutivo, que ainda está em andamento. O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar condições predecessoras do processo evolutivo anatômico humano e a atual morfologia resultante. Realizou-se revisão descritiva da literatura concernente aos aspectos evolutivos e morfológicos do Homo sapiens, buscando identificar as partes do corpo afetadas pelas modificações no decorrer da filogenia humana. A busca foi feita nas bases de dados Pubmed, Scielo, Lilacs e Google Acadêmico, utilizando-se as palavras-chave “anatomia”, “morfologia”, “patologia”, “evolução”, “filogenia”, “humanos”, “corpo humano”, “dente”, “cérebro” e “linguagem”, nas línguas portuguesa e inglesa. Não houve limitação quanto à data de publicação dos artigos consultados. A maior parte do conhecimento sobre evolução humana se deve à interpretação de dados anatômicos obtidos pela análise de fósseis bem preservados, pois permitem entender a escala evolutiva da espécie, uma vez que é possível analisar tecidos duros como ossos, esmalte e dentina satisfatoriamente preservados e encontrados na natureza. O aumento do volume interno da caixa craniana possibilitou um aumento do espaço ocupado pelo sistema nervoso central, levando a um maior desenvolvimento do intelecto humano. Conclui-se que o processo evolutivo da espécie humana passa por modificações de acordo com o ambiente em que os seres estão inseridos, de modo que o organismo se adapta às condições ambientais e sociais, resultando em vantagens para que o corpo humano possa se manter vivo, saudável e funcional.

Abstract:
The current human body is the result of a long and complex evolutionary process, which is still ongoing. The aim of this study is to evaluate conditions that preceded the human anatomical evolutionary process and the current resulting morphology. A descriptive literature review was carried out concerning the evolutionary and morphological aspects of Homo sapiens, seeking to identify the parts of the body affected by changes in the human phylogeny. This search was performed in Pubmed, Scielo, Lilacs and Scholar Google databases, using the keywords “anatomy”, “morphology”, “pathology”, “evolution”, “phylogeny”, “humans”, “human body”, “tooth”, “brain” and “language”, in Portuguese and English. There was no limitation regarding the publication date of the consulted articles. Most of the knowledge about human evolution is due to the interpretation of anatomical data obtained by the analysis of well-preserved fossils, as they allow to understand the evolutionary scale of the species, since it is possible to analyze hard tissues such as bones, enamel and dentin satisfactorily preserved and found in nature. The increase in the internal volume of the skull made possible an increase in the space occupied by the central nervous system, leading to a greater development of the human intellect. It is concluded that the evolutionary process of the human species undergoes modifications according to the environment in which the beings are inserted, so that the organism adapts to environmental and social conditions, resulting in advantages for the human body to stay alive, healthy, and functional.
