Objective: to analyze the eating habits of university students and establish the relationship they have with their nutritional status. Material and Methods: Observational, prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive study. Results: It was found that 90% of the students are outside their normal weight. Conclusions: University students have poor eating habits and as a consequence, a large percentage of them are overweight or have some degree of obesity.
