ESTUDO DE CASO DE UMA PACIENTE PORTADORA DO TRANSTORNO DO ESPECTRO AUTISTA, COM BASE NO PRONTUÁRIO ODONTOLÓGICO DE UMA CLÍNICA ESCOLA DE VITÓRIA-ES
O atendimento ao paciente com TEA ainda é um imenso desafio entre os cirurgiões-dentistas, exigindo do profissional conhecimento, além de comandos mais específicos e diretos, com a intenção de que o tratamento seja mais acolhedor para o paciente. O Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) é descrito como uma desordem complexa abrangendo o desenvolvimento neurológico do paciente, causando sinais de alterações no convívio social, linguagem e motricidade, e também comportamentos estereotipados e repetitivos. A hipersensibilidade a sons altos e a fotosensibilidade também são características bastante comuns nestes pacientes. Foi realizado um estudo de caso descritivo com o objetivo de responder a uma anamnese específica voltada para pacientes autistas e utilizando como referência informações de uma paciente com TEA fora do padrão clássico de Kanner. Esta anamnese coletou os dados através do prontuário odontológico utilizado em uma clínica-escola do município de Vitória-ES. O estudo concluiu que o prontuário não possui resposta precisa para as perguntas apresentadas e inclusive, grande parte delas foram respondidas por meio de um atendimento prévio à paciente. Isso ocorreu devido à falta de dados contidos no prontuário da paciente. Por fim, constata-se a necessidade de integrar uma anamnese específica para pacientes com TEA, associada ao prontuário odontológico, quando houver o atendimento a Pacientes com Deficiência (PcD).

Abstract:
The treatment of an patient with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) still been a big challenge among dental surgeon, requiring professional knowledge, besides more specific commands with the intention of making a welcoming treatment for the patient. ASD is described as an complex disorder including the neurological development of the patient, causing signs of changing in social life, language and motor skills and also stereotyped and repetitive behaviors. The hypersensitivity from loud sounds and the photosensitivity are common features on those patients as well. A descriptive study case with the purpose of answering an specific anamnesis turned to ASD patients with a different standard from Kanner. This anamnesis collected the data through the dental records of a clinic-school. The study concluded that the medical record does not have a precise answer to the questions presented and, in fact, most of them were answered through previous patient care. This was due to the lack of data contained in the patient's medical record. Finally, there is a need to integrate a specific anamnesis for patients with ASD, associated with the dental record, when assisting Disabled Patients (PwD).
