ESTUDO DAS NORMAS E MEDIDAS DE SEGURANÇA APLICADA EM POSTOS DE ABASTECIMENTO DE COMBUSTÍVEIS EM REGIÃO DA CIDADE DE MANAUS (AM)
Apresenta-se nesse projeto o material produzido para realização do estudo dos riscos de contaminação que postos de combustíveis da cidade de Manaus apresentam aos lençóis subterrâneos da cidade. A vulnerabilidade do solo, levada em consideração no estudo, fez-se perceber o quão necessário é o seguro armazenamento de combustíveis, uma vez que podem vir a contaminar não somente o solo, mas também o aquífero que abastece a localidade. Utilizando várias referências técnicas e correlacionando uma série de dados, foi possível confeccionar planilhas com as localizações dos postos da cidade de Manaus, a zona da cidade com maior número de postos e, em conjunto com mapas hidrográficos da cidade, determinaram-se as regiões que apresentam maior fragilidade e risco de contaminação por vazamento de combustíveis. Foram realizados estudos e visitas em postos de combustíveis na cidade a fim de se verificar a conformidade legislativa dos locais, como é realizado o armazenamento, medidas de segurança para prevenção e contenção de derrames de óleo e como os funcionários estão preparados para lidar com essas situações. Em todo o município de Manaus, as regiões que necessitam de maiores cuidados são as regiões Norte e Sul, devido ao elevado número de postos localizados chegando a atingir 46% do total de postos em todo o município. A região oeste, apesar de não possuir um valor elevado de postos de abastecimento na região, deve ser levada em consideração por apresentar a maior vulnerabilidade de aquífero, sendo este atingido em cerca de 20 metros de profundidade.

Abstract:
The project presents the material produced to carry out the study of the risks of contamination that gas stations in the city of Manaus present to the city's underground water. The vulnerability of the soil, taken into account in the study, made it clear how necessary is the safe storage of fuels, since they can contaminate not only the soil, but also the aquifer that supplies the locality. Using several technical references and correlating a series of data, it was possible to create spreadsheets with the locations of the stations in the city of Manaus, the area of the city with the highest number of stations and, together with hydrographic maps of the city, the regions that have greater fragility and risk of contamination by fuel leakage. Studies and visits were carried out at gas stations in the city in order to verify the legislative compliance of the places, how the storage is carried out, safety measures for the prevention and containment of oil spills and how the employees are prepared to deal with these situations. Throughout the city of Manaus, the regions that need greater care are the North and South regions, due to the high number of health centers located, reaching 46% of the total number of health centers in the entire municipality. The western region, despite not having a high value of service stations in the region, should be taken into account because it presents the greatest vulnerability of the aquifer, which is reached in about 20 meters of depth.
