ESTUDIO PARA EL DESARENADOR NATURAL EN LA UNIDAD EMPRESARIAL DE BASE DE ÁRIDOS CANTERA LUIS RAPOSO, GUANTÁNAMO, CUBA
La Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Áridos Cantera Luis Raposo está ubicada en la Inagua a 81/2 Km de la cabecera provincial de Guantánamo pertenece a la Empresa de Materiales de la Construcción (EMC). Las coordenadas geográficas 20º08´18” de latitud Norte y 75º17´24” de longitud oeste y está enclavada en el límite de la Reserva Florística Manejada Sierra Canasta. Entre los principales problemas ambientales esta el vertimiento de los lodos medioambientales que sale del proceso productivo. Así, el objetivo de Estudio es verificar la viabilidad de la utilización del desarenador natural en la UEB, Combinado de Áridos Cantera Luis Raposo, el Campo de Acción es la utilización de ese lodo como materiales de la Construcción para la fabricación de Productos derivados de los Áridos. Después de desarrollar el estudio del desarenador natural en la UEB de Áridos Cantera Luis Raposo de la Empresa Materiales de las Construcción de provincia Guantánamo, se puede decir que se eliminara la contaminación circunstancial que existe en la entidad por el vertimiento del lodo que sale del proceso productivo al medio ambiente, también se podrá recuperar el 40% del agua que sale con el lodo y la entidad podrá ingresar al estado contable de la UEB un total de $25694 por el concepto de venta del lodo transformado en áridos después de pasa por los sistemas de decantación.

Abstract:
The Luis Raposo Quarry Aggregates Base Business Unit (UEB) is located in Inagua, 81/2 km from the provincial capital of Guantanamo, and belongs to the Construction Materials Company (EMC). The geographical coordinates are 20º08´18” north latitude and 75º17´24” west longitude and it is located on the border of the Sierra Canasta Managed Floristic Reserve. Among the main environmental problems is the dumping of environmental sludge that comes out of the production process. Thus, the objective of the Study is to verify the feasibility of using the natural sand trap in the UEB, Combinado de Áridos Cantera Luis Raposo, the Field of Action is the use of this mud as Construction materials for the manufacture of Products derived from the Aggregates.
