ESTUDIO DE LOS FACTORES INTANGIBLES EN LOS EMPRENDEDORES TEXTILES DE LA ZONA MAZAHUA DE SAN FELIPE DEL PROGRESO
La presente investigación busca obtener información necesaria sobre los factores intangibles de los emprendedores textiles de San Felipe del Progreso. El objetivo principal de esta investigación, es analizar la influencia que tienen los factores intangibles de los emprendedores textiles de la zona mazahua de San Felipe del Progreso. Considerando básicamente cuatro clases de recursos intangibles: capital humano, capital organizativo, capital tecnológico y reputación. Los resultados del presente estudio revelan que al considerar y desarrollar factores intangibles; los artesanos textiles pueden generar una ventaja competitiva sostenible, logrando una eficiencia en sus procesos y una mejor calidad en sus servicios en la producción y venta de sus artesanías textiles, conservando así el legado y tradición cultural en cada uno de sus bordados.

Abstract:
This research seeks to obtain necessary information on the intangible factors of textile entrepreneurs in San Felipe del Progreso. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the intangible factors of textile entrepreneurs in the Mazahua area of San Felipe del Progreso. Considering basically four classes of intangible resources: human capital, organizational capital, technological capital and reputation. The results of the present study reveal that when considering and developing intangible factors; textile artisans can generate a sustainable competitive advantage, achieving efficiency in their processes and a better quality in their services in the production and sale of their textile crafts, thus preserving the legacy and cultural tradition in each of their embroideries
